We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we do, we will post the updated Terms on the Site, the App, or via other communications. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Who May Use the Services?

(a) Eligibility. You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with BlockzGG. (b) Compliance. You must comply with all applicable laws. BlockzGG reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions.

5. About the Services

(a) The Blockz Marketplace. Our Services provide an interface to interact with decentralized protocols and blockchains to allow users to mint, buy, sell, and trade NFTs. BlockzGG does not act as a broker, financial institution, or custodian. (b) Transactions Are Conducted on the Blockchain. All transactions are executed on the relevant blockchain network (e.g., Core). Payments occur through your connected cryptocurrency wallet. BlockzGG has no control over, or liability for, these transactions. (c) Purchasers and Sellers. Purchasers and Sellers are solely responsible for determining terms of sale, authenticity, and compliance with intellectual property rights. (d) Creators. Creators retain ownership of NFT content but grant BlockzGG a license to use it for hosting, promotion, and facilitation of sales. (e) Taxes. You are solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes. (f) Suspension or Termination. BlockzGG may suspend or terminate your access if required by law, for fraud prevention, or in its discretion.

6. Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by BlockzGG without restriction or compensation.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant BlockzGG a license to use, copy, and distribute it for operation of the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Rights and Terms for Apps

(a) App License. BlockzGG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal use. (b) Apple App Store. If acquired through Apple’s App Store, Apple is not responsible for support or claims. You must comply with Apple’s terms.

9. Acceptable Use Policy and Enforcement Rights

You agree not to: infringe IP rights, engage in fraud, post harmful content, violate laws, manipulate markets, or otherwise misuse the Services. BlockzGG reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, and cooperate with authorities.

10. Copyright Policy

BlockzGG respects copyright law and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Links to Third Party Websites or Resources

We are not responsible for third-party sites or resources linked through the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time. Upon termination, certain sections (e.g., liability, indemnity) will continue to apply.

13. Warranty Disclaimers

The Services and NFTs are provided “as is” and “as available.” BlockzGG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge risks including volatility of digital assets, blockchain network issues, regulatory uncertainty, smart contract bugs, and market risks.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockzGG, its officers, and employees from claims and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockzGG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you for Services, whichever is greater.

17. Governing Law and Forum Choice

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not subject to arbitration will be the courts of the BVI.

18. Dispute Resolution

(a) Informal Resolution. Parties must attempt to resolve disputes informally before arbitration. (b) Arbitration. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC) rules. (c) Exceptions. Small claims and equitable relief may be pursued in court. (d) Class Action Waiver. Disputes must be resolved individually, not on a class basis.

19. General Terms

(a) Reservation of Rights. BlockzGG and licensors retain all intellectual property rights. (b) Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and BlockzGG. (c) Notices. We may notify you by email or posting on the Services. (d) Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
